Tested and compliant with OSHA – The PORTADAVIT QUANTUM is OSHA 1910 sub part I (.140) and 1926 sub part M compliant. This system also has an ANSI Z359.18-17 anchor point and can provide a portable anchor point for 1 user for fall protection applications, making it ideal for many working at height tasks.
Personnel lifting capacity up to 660lb – The PORTADAVIT QUANTUM offers a personnel lifting capacity of 660lb and has a safety factor of 4.
Easy attachment of accessories – Each variant of the PORTADAVIT QUANTUM has a double shackle head which can be used as an overhead anchor point for fall protection or for rigging ropes in rope access. The Winched variant also has a double sheave head which allows for our range of winch brackets to be easily attached to either the column or backstay. We offer a range of winch brackets which are compatible with many personnel winches or fall arrest recovery device.
One-piece retractable, lightweight construction – Due to a number of patented features, this lifting system folds and the davit arm retracts enabling the product to be easily stowed and transported around a worksite. This lightweight aluminum davit is ideal in personnel lifting application where lightweight portability is a key priority.
360° rotation under load - This davit is assembled around a 2 1/2" kingpin, which incorporates two parented bearings enabling rotation possible even when the davit is loaded. This can support set up from a position of safety and easy attachment of personnel when working at height.
